coffee diet


During the coffee diet, you should drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
It can be ordinary water or natural juice, various compotes and jelly. The last coffee drink should take place at least four hours before going to bed, otherwise you are guaranteed insomnia. Along with coffee drinks, it is allowed to consume all vegetables and fruits, boiled fish, veal and chicken, as well as dark chocolate and olive oil.

Sample diet menu for 7 days.

Day 1.
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Lunch: vegetable salad, boiled egg, apple juice.
Dinner: boiled fish, jelly.

Day 2.
Breakfast: coffee drink without sugar.
Lunch: boiled beef, carrot juice.
Dinner: carrot salad, kefir.

Day 3.
Breakfast: black coffee, buckwheat bread.
Lunch: vegetable stew, boiled egg, coffee.
Dinner: pumpkin puree, grapefruit juice.

Day 4.
Breakfast: baked banana with honey, coffee.
Lunch: vegetable soup, compote with dried fruits.
Dinner: cottage cheese salad with vegetables, kefir.

Day 5.
Breakfast: boiled egg, coffee.
Lunch: fruit salad, kefir.
Dinner: stewed cabbage with beef, pumpkin compote.

Day 6.
Breakfast: baked fruits, green tea.
Lunch: boiled veal, coffee.
Dinner: baked apples with cottage cheese and raisins, cherry jelly.

Day 7.
Breakfast: a cup of green tea.
Lunch: boiled chicken breast, apple.
Dinner: boiled egg, a glass of strong coffee.

It is worth remembering about some contraindications of the coffee diet. These are diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, hypertension, insomnia. It is not advisable to use the diet for people under 18 years of age and over 35 years of age.
