Yoga Classes for Beginners: Tips and Tricks


In order to start practicing yoga at home, no special equipment is required. It is quite possible to conduct them, having at home a gymnastic rug and comfortable clothes, one that will not hamper movement. Trainings are held both in silence and accompanied by smooth music.

Basic rules for practicing yoga at home:
1. Prepare the room: ventilate the room, spread the rug.
Candles can be lit to create an aura. 2. Do not eat for two hours before class.
3. For the first workouts, you should choose exercises that are not too difficult, which are designed specifically for beginners.
4. Strive to create an inner mood, to be calm, to forget about daily worries.
5. All people are different in temperament, so a person needs to find his own comfortable pace of classes.
6. No need to make jerks, sudden movements, move on to a new type of exercise smoothly.
7. Do not hold your breath while exerting.
Breathe evenly, calmly, passing air through your nose. 8. Try to stretch the spine with each new movement.
9. Avoid mechanical execution of poses.
Do exercises, focusing on your internal and physical condition. 10. Do not be distracted by TV and other disturbing moments.
11. Exercise daily if possible.

In comparison with traditional physical education, yoga is much more effective: it gives spiritual relief, brings pleasure, and as a result, a person gets an amazing result in the form of a slender figure.
