If the makeup is stronger, that is, it includes both waterproof mascara and persistent eyeliner or eye shadow, then instead of milk it is better to take an oil-based product, then you won’t have to rub your eyes trying to remove persistent makeup. After this procedure, the skin is rubbed with an alcohol-free lotion to complete the cleansing.
