The fact is that with a sharp change in temperature, the vessels come into tone, more active blood circulation begins, the blood supply to the internal organs increases, and toxins begin to be excreted at an accelerated pace. It is also important that this accelerates the burning of fat cells and improves immunity. By the way, a contrast shower is an excellent remedy for getting rid of cellulite, since the skin acquires firmness and elasticity due to changes in water temperature.

The contrast shower will give the maximum effect when combined with other ways to lose weight, although it will be effective on its own. Do not forget that getting used to this procedure should be carried out gradually, at the first stage the temperature difference should not be more than 10 degrees. But those who have been practicing a contrast shower for more than a year, calmly endure the difference of even forty degrees.

Regardless of when the procedure is performed (in the morning or in the evening), the contrast shower ends with cool water, followed by rubbing with a towel. Remember that a contrast shower is great invigorating, so you should not do it right before bedtime.
