1. Lots of sugary drinks.

Most people completely forget about the high calorie content of some drinks. Nutritionists remind us that juices and sodas contain a huge amount of calories, and this is a fact that should not be underestimated. Replace juice with water and instead of "drinking" your calories, eat them instead - in other words, get your daily calorie intake exclusively from food.

2. Too big breakfast

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important part of the daily diet, which is why you have a hearty snack in the morning without the slightest remorse? It turns out that most people overeat for breakfast and consume twice or three times the calories they need. Remember that breakfast should be no more than 25% of the total calorie intake.  

3. Too tight food restrictions

If, in an effort to lose weight quickly, you limit yourself literally in everything, then instead of the desired effect, most likely you will get the opposite - when consuming less than 1200 calories per day, the body goes into starvation mode, and instead of burning fat, it seeks to save them. This makes losing weight more difficult and slower.

4. Late bedtime

According to a recent study, people who stay awake until dawn are much more likely to consume high-calorie and high-fat foods than those who go to bed early. This fact makes the following discovery fully expected - the researchers concluded that night owls are more likely to be overweight.

5. Frequent snacking with fruit yogurt

Most fruit-flavored yogurts, while considered healthy, are additionally sweetened with fructose, which, unlike others, does not create a feeling of satiety. Result? You are getting way more calories than you need.
