If you suffer from constipation, then raspberries will not be superfluous either - they help cleanse the digestive system due to the abundant amount of pectins and fiber.
Of course, there were some restrictions. After all, raspberries are very sweet. And why? And all because of the "fast" sugar - fructose and glucose, which is deposited in the form of lipids. So all those who are losing weight should remember the measure and do not lean heavily on sweet berries when losing weight!
